    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11471">siminiuc</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6050<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2012 at 21:11<br /><br />pozz svima. ovako poceo sam se baviti teretanom prije 4 mjeseca poraditi na misicnu masu jer definiciu imam jako dobru.prehrana mi je ista sto sam i prije  jeo samo sto sada jedem dosta cesce i koristio sam 100% whey protein. kad sam krenuo sa teretanom sam imao 74 kg a sada imam 83,5 kg napredovao sam za 4 mjeseca stime da sam koristio whey samo prvi mjesec. sada me zanima 100% whey isolat+glukoza kako se uzima koliko wheya koliko glukoze dali svaki dan ili u dane kad vjezbam dali je dobar koliko vode ili mljeko jer jos uvjek radim na masu.dali dobro djeluje.hvala unaprjed]]>
