Ali ono što uvijek možeš napraviti je probati si malo izregulirati prehranu i eventualno se baciti ne neke vježbe (opet ovisno o kojim mišicima govorimo, jel to o stražnjici/nogama/trbuhu, ili bi htjela više gornji dio tijela itd) ali u svakom slucaju mislim da ako želiš krenuti sa tako necime, onda se odluci da ceš prionuti na to i krenuti na "malo duže staze", jer gledat ajmo napravit cudo za 15 dana, mislim da nebu išlo... no hard feelings :) <br><br>p.s. neka me kolege forumaši koji su dugo u tome (ja ipak nisam vec jedno vrijeme bio u tim temama) isprave, ali eto...<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Snoopie - 02&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2012 at 13:53</span>]]>
