Jaja jedi cijela(zutanjak su vitamini). Salame i mlijecne proizvode probaj skroz izbacit. Jedi vise ribe, crvenog mesa. Moras imat raznovrsnu prehranu, ne svaki dan isto. Primjer jelovnika imas na sajtu isto. Procitaj moje blogove tamo imas korisnih info. Pozz]]>

   <title>Molim reviziju : Kardio radim uvijek na kraju treninga...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2062">Tina33</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5975<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2012 at 13:26<br /><br />Kardio radim uvijek na kraju treninga u teretani (ili neki kružni trening) ili nakon pilatesa.Plivanje mi jedino odgovara vikendima kada ne radim jer preko tjedna ne bih sve to stigla.Sada cu u 8.mjesecu na godišnji 2 tjedana pa cu plivati svaki dan ujutro a popodne na trenige <br />Što se tice svježeg sira to je onaj posni sir bez masnoce nekih 0,3 g na 100 g sira pa mislim da ne bi trebao smetati.<br />Svejedno hvala&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

Ako imaš mogucnosti savjetovao bi ti plivanje ( ne ono buckanje i plutanje, vec plivanje ono da se baš uspušeš, snažno i bez stajanja) </DIV><DIV>Meni je to pomoglo izbubio sam 5-6 kg , plivao sam 5 km dnevno u 3-4 kupanja i vozio bicikl.</DIV><DIV>I taj svježi sir ujutro.. neznam na šta tocno misliš al ti svježi sirevi su strašno masni pa možda da to izbaciš...</DIV><DIV>Cisto par savjeta neko od trenera ce sigurno imat još savjeta.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2062">Tina33</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5975<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2012 at 12:47<br /><br />Nakon upoznavanja https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/topic5789.html došlo vrijeme i za strucna mišljenja.<br />Treniram 5xtjedno i to :<br />1.Workout mix <br />2.Pilates <br />3.Teretana<br />4.Pilates i Workout mix<br />5.Teretana<br /><br />Moj dnevni jelovnik izgleda ovako otprilike :<br /><br />06:15 natašte zeleni caj sa limunom<br /><br />06:50 Dorucak<br />50 g zobenih sa vodom i 1,5 dcl mlijeka<br />žlica lanenih sjemenki<br />žlicica pivskog kvasca<br />žlicica Wheya<br />100 g svježeg sira <br /><br />10:30 Medjuobrok 1<br />100 g posnog sira<br />1 jabuka<br />3-4 kom Wasa 100% raženog kruha "kruha"<br /><br />13:30 Medjuobrok 2<br />Jogurt malomasni <br />ili<br />2 bjelanjka i pomidor<br /><br />16:30- 17:00 Rucak<br />piletina pecena ili sa grilla(pekaca) bijelo meso<br />tikvica sa grilla<br />salata od pomidora i crvenog radic ili rikule sa maslinovim uljem<br />feferoni<br /><br />prije treninga 19:00 caj <br /><br />trening traje zavisno od dana do 20:30 ili 21:30 pa poslije njega Whey<br /><br />21:30 -22:00 Vecera<br /><br />3-4 bjelanjka sa salatom ili<br />10 dkg pileca prsa u ovitku i salata ili<br />jogurt<br /><br />Treniram ovakvim tempom 3 tjedna a prehranu stalno prilagodjavam.Što se tice kila izgubila sam niti 1 kg (cca 800 g) iako se na tijelu vide male promjene.Željela bi skinuti barem još 4 kg ali mi se cini da nekako stojim.Šta mi vi preporucate?
