Iako ja ti ne preporucujem trcanje prema dolje, zbog koljena, ali prema gore samo udri.<br><br>Po meni bi bilo najbolje da otrciš do gore i nazad se vracaš u laganini, i tako par puta dok ne crkneš :D<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10981">diinnoo</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5899<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2012 at 19:39<br /><br />heheheh, ja sam 9 al srecom ima lift  <br /><br />Da je prehrana bila dobra vjerovatno nebi bilo kila, ali polako se vracam udravom nacinu zivota.<br /><br /><br />A citam nedavno da sada vecina fitnes trenera kao najbolji nacin za skidanje viska masnoce sa trbuha i ostalih djelova tijela preporuciju trcanje uz stepenice, kao ono je efikasnije a i jaran kaze da je njemu dosta pomoglo da se brže riješi viška masnoce. <br /><br />Pa rekoh da se obratim na forumu da džaba ne lipšem uz stepenice a da je efekat isti kao i obicno trcanje.<br />]]>

Radio sam normalno trcanje sve dok mi jaran nije rekao da je za salo na stomaku najbolje trcanje(lagano) uz stepenice i da se salo duplo brže topi? Nije bit u tome sta je teže msm logicno je teže trcanje uz stepenice nego da li je istina da ono vise djeluje na stomak od obicnog jer nakon dva tri treniga samo su se listovi upalili. Koje je trcanje efikasnije?]]>
