    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9424">Zyzz</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5833<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2012 at 20:04<br /><br />Slažem se i sa chofom, medjutim pošto sam sklon ozlijedama radi sporta kojim se bavim (cesto se dešava da ti se izvrne/istegne neki ligament/zglob/mišic) moja preporuka ti je da se prvo malo zagriješ, zatim lagano masiraš bolno mjesto, te kad proradi cirkulacija i kad se bolno mjesto lagano "omekša" pocneš sa istezanjima da granicu boli povecaš - znaci da te ona bol koja ti je bila na pocetku kad malo pomakneš ruku postane pri vecem otklonu ruke.<br><br>Mene zeza full jako desni zglob ruke (šaka) i recimo kad dižem šipku za pregib u bicepsu javlja mi se neugodna bol u nekim položajima. I kad recimo ispružim ruku i usmjerim dlan da gleda prema gore i zatim ga drugom rukom savijam prema dolje me isto full boli na desnoj strani zgloba.<br><br>Medjutim kad ga&nbsp; dobro izmasiram i pocnem istezati i izkretati u svim položajima ona prvotna bol bude manja i podnošljivija.<br>]]>

Možda ce te koštati, ali s ultrazvukom i laserom ce ti opustit ligamente i razgibat ti zglob da se vrati u normalu.]]>
