    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10368">mr-triple-double</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5732<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2012 at 17:41<br /><br />Znaci radim trening za snagu 5puta5 vec par mjeseci i zbilja sam odusevljen.<br />Napredovao sam i u snazi i u masi vise nego u zanjih godinu dana prije toga.<br />Da mi je neko to rekao odma bi to poceo trenirat na pocetku.<br /><br />Trening je podjeljen po 4 dana jedan krug<br />Prsa, Leda; Rame i Noge<br />I da ne vjezbam ciljano ruke ali i ovako super napreduju :)<br /><br />Ima li neko iskustva sa istim ili slicnim treningom?<br /><br />Mislim ne shvacam kak svi kazu da je trening 4x8,10 najbolji za hipertrofiju, jer ja sam sa ovim teningom kao za snagu dobio snagu, dobio na masi, zadrzavsi gotovo istu razinu definicije.<br />]]>
