    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10013">katniss</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5674<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2012 at 15:48<br /><br />evo da i ja malo oživim ovo svoju temu..&nbsp;<div id="isChromeWebToolbarDiv" style="display:n&#111;ne"></div><div><br></div><div>i dalje radim na sebi, vježbam, sredjujem prehranu kolko mogu.. to je najteže, al uskladjujem nekako sve&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" /></div><div><br></div><div>dakle došla sam do 65 kila, sa pocetnih cc 72.5-73 kad sam odlucila da se treba nešto mijenjat..&nbsp;</div><div>hlace su mi vecinom prevelike, al hvala bogu na onoj dobroj staroj ne bacaj premale jednom ce biti dobre&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />&nbsp;pa sam našla u ormaru koje su tamo zakopane duže vrijeme&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" /></div><div><br></div><div>eto, nije da sam skroz zadovoljna al veseli me što ima pomaka, a uz to sam se u posljednjih mjesec dana zaljubila u yogu tako da se veselim daljnjem radu&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /></div><div><br></div><div>nabacit cu slike kroz koji dan, fotic mi nešto pokvaren pa da se to složi pa cu napravit neke poredbene slike,cisto za dalje, dal ima netko kakvih savjeta kaj &nbsp;i na cemu da radim&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" alt="T&#111;ngue" title="T&#111;ngue" /></div>]]>

Treningom bi trebalo održavat mišicnu masu, a prehranom i dobro isplaniranim kardiom skidat masti.....normalno da ti taj dio ide malo teže ako su ti takve genetske karte podijeljene <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /> ali ne znaci da nece, samo ceš se morat potrudit malo više i bit strpljiva. I ja sam sklona skupljanju masti u tom dijelu i tu mi kardio dosta pomaže....puno, puno hodanja....i bicikle (al onda mi gluteus propada :)). Za nas je najgore puno sjedenja....<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br><br>S kojim težinama radiš noge? <br>]]>
