Bitno je da se ne ozlijediš jer onda ti ništa ne pomaže.&nbsp;]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9905">OMFG990</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5579<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2012 at 16:11<br /><br />Pozdrav ljudi, novi clan sam tu i vec imam pitanje jedno pa bih bio zahvalan kad bi mi mogli udijelit koji savjet...<br>naime u ponedjeljak sam poceo sa insanity programom, nije da nisam bas u formi (ne u bog zna kojoj al moze stat) i vec nakon 2. dana osjecam uzasnu bol u listovima, jutros sam se jedva diga na noge, mislija sam da ce spustanje niz skale bit nemoguca misija....kad se misici malo zagriju bol je ok, relativno podnosljiva, pa sad neznam dal da nastavim s programom il da uzmem dan odmora, il da nastavim malo sporijim tempom...<br>Hvala :)<br>]]>
