    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7361">krampussy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5554<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2012 at 23:37<br /><br />dakle, aktivno idem u teretanu oko godinu dana, u tom vremenu sam obavio defku (6mj - 26kg) i masu (6 mj - 5kg)..treninzi 5 puta tjedno, prehrana sredjena (95%, ponekad uleti smoki, obozavam ga, hahaha)..uglavnom bavio sam se davno plivanje i sad se pomalo vracam tome i prijavio sam se na natjecanje koje traje 2 sata, dakle maraton..sad me zanima kako se pripremat za to, kakve treninge, koliko aerobnog, koliko anaerobnog treninga, kolko teretane, na koliko RM-a radit...prvo bih trebao razvijat snagu pa onda izdrzljivost dakle..pomagajte bilo kako, trenutno sam u dobroj formi, ali ni priblizno onom sto mi treba, a natjecanje je krajem 8. mjeseca...sva pomoc dobrodosla..]]>
