Vec mjesec dana treniram po uzoru na Tiffany Rothe- zasad je djelotvorno i zabavno i kad si sam, jedan video ponavljam 3-4 puta imedju radim kratka istezanja i trbušnjake, cucnjeve i sl., (ne koristim "barbie" utege) svakodnevno po 30-45 minuta. Je li to dobro, loše, premalo, previše? Tu je naravno svakodnevna vožnja biciklom, vikendom trcanje oko 20-30 min(2 min sprint, 5 min lagano trcanje, 5 min brzo, 5 min lagano trcanje, pa opet sprint...). <br />Cilj mi je ucvrstiti tijelo i izgubiti "zimske masne naslage" uz zdravu i kvalitetnu prehranu.<br />Može mi neko preporuciti još neke korisne vježbe, možda neki video?]]>
