    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9148">gala24</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5306<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 17:14<br /><br /><P>Veliki pozzz!</P><DIV></DIV>Nova sam ovdje i neznam ni sama od kuda bi krenula....uffff....<DIV>evo osnovno: imam 24 god, imam 56kg i visoka sam 159.Do prije godinu i pol(dok nisam ostala trudna i rodila predivnog sina<img src="https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="T&#111;ngue" title="T&#111;ngue" />) uvijek sam imala 50/51 kg i bilo je OK!</DIV><DIV>Nakon poroda ostalo mi 10 kg za skinuti ali uspjela sam.Odrekla se slatkoga i vecere poslije sest sati(nisam redovito jela)&nbsp;te trcala svaki dan 3 km,tako 3mj i skinula 10 kg dosla do svojih 50 kg.<img src="https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></DIV><DIV>Jeli to zdravo ili ne....neznam! Jedini problem je bio sto mi je jos uvijek ostao trbuh i salo i koža<img src="https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley6.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="Unhappy" title="Unhappy" /></DIV><DIV>Evo sada sam krenula opet trcati jer želim opet doci do svoje kilaže(zima ima svoje posljedice pa sam dobila 6kg<img src="https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />) i radim trbušnjake,jedem tri oborka i to je to.</DIV><DIV>Zapravo ja bi htjela dovesti svoj trbuh u red.trebala bi mi pomoc oko jelovnika i dali trebam jos kakve vjezbe raditi!!!</DIV><DIV>HELP PLEASE!!</DIV>]]>
