   <title>Ocajan pocetnik! : Pozz svima! Ispricavam se ako...</title>

Ispricavam se ako ovakva tema vec ima ili ako sam zapoceo na krivom mjestu, ne snalazim se bas na forumima pa se unaprijed ispricavam! Uglavnom, moja situacija je ovakva. Imam 17.godina, uskoro 18. i tezak sam 63kg sa 184cm. Noge i trbuh su oke, ali prsa i ruke su katastrofa. Sto ja zelim? Pa volio bih nabacit kila, ali u obliku misica temeljenih najvise na rukama i prsima uz nekakav prijedlog prehrane(ako vam nije problem napisati nesto jednostavno uz svakodnevne namirnice ili copy/paste ako vec ima negdje neki) i neke dodatke prehrani(neke proteine,kreatin il`nez sta vec..kupio bih tu na fitness.com.hr ;) Takoder neki plan vjezbanja je dobro dosao jer prakticki imam teretanu kod kuce! Imam vremena i zelje i bio bih vrlo zahvalan na bilo kakvom komentaru, prijedlogu ili savjetu!]]>
