    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4780">zika</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5266<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 11:44<br /><br />Probaj pojesti neke bjelancevine navecer, pronadji ono što ti odgovara (od sira, ribe, piletine s povrcem nekim i sl.), zeleni caj pij tijekom dana.<br /><br />Ja bih ti osobno preporucila i vježbe kakve se rade na pilatesu (posebno za jezgru tijela, ako želiš mogu ti poslati bazu vježbi (više je ne mogu naci na linku jednom)) kako bi ponovno ucvrstila taj dio, istezanje prije spavanja, ovaj kardio mi se svidja što imaš volje (koliko dugo - 10-15-30 min ga radiš) i možda još bolje da probaš intervalno tj.neka kombinacija sprinta i laganog trcanja 10-15 minuta za topljenje masnog tkiva.<br /><br />]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8956">klosarka</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5266<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 19:21<br /><br />pokusavam slusati vase savjete,i moram se pohvaliti da od tada nisam pojela nista slatko,e to je veliki korak za mene!!!!<br />Vjezbam 5 puta tjedno(trcanje,preskakanje uzeta i kruzni trening)....Jel to ok????<br />A prehrana se svodi na vase savjete,jedino sto ja ne jedem nista iza 18h,nekako se tako osjecam bolje!!!Popijem zeleni caj oko 20h i to je to!!Moze tako??<br />I jel ok za dorucak uzeti kukuruzne zitarice,i ako jeste na koji nacin da ih jedem???<br />Znam da jos uvijek pravim neke greske al trudim se,jer mi nije jednostavno preko noci promijeniti zivotne navike...Vjerujte,trudim se,i probat cu biti sto bolja!!!!<br />:))))))  ]]>
