I dosta polako se radi,znaci snagom misica a ne zamahom. Razumijem da whey ima najbrzu apsorpciju itd ali za nekog ko ne ide u smjeru neke velike misicne mase i zeli samo lijepo oblikovat tijelo jeli to bas neophodno?]]>

Ne mislim da trebam nesto specijalno skidat kilazu jer san imala ispod 50 i nije mi to bas pasalo.A snage za utege jos nemam, uzmi u obzir da imam tesku upalu od zadnjeg treninga,zamisli sad da odma udrem po utezima, valjda bi morala na bolovanje  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  A i znam da je glupo al eto neugodno mi se malo pojavit medju svim onim mrcinama u prostoriju s utezima i krenut kao nesto dizat  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  Imam doma utege(prave ne barbie) pa kad se malo usaltam cu krenit i stim  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
