Nemam problema s težinom niti sam ikada imao, ali me se uvijek može uhvatiti malo za kožu, na trbuhu i to želim promijeniti, jer mi vec užasan niz godina smeta, a sad je vrijeme. <br />Bavim se biciklom, najmanje se vozim 50 minuta, na ravnom terenu uz obalu, 15 km, 5 dana u tjednu..<br /><br />Zanimaju me, koje bih ja vježbe trebao raditi, kako, koliko dugo i uz koju dodatnu opremu (imam utege - 2 utega x 2 kg (svakig), šipku nemam) te koju hranu trebam jesti? <br />Inace, pijem puno jogurta, kozje mlijeko (samo od koze), sok od narance (ni jedan drugi).. <br />Ne volim slatku hranu (torte, kolace, ne volim niti ih jedem), jedino mogu pojest od slatkog štangu cokolade, baš ne volim, od masne hrane, pojedem AKO u mjesec dana, malo prženih krumpira i tada odem na biciklu. Hrenovke pojedem 1 na tjedan (masne jesu pa izbjegavam), tako da mislim da se hranim pravom hranom, pa mi možete dati savjet na temelju ovih informacija<br />P.S: I je li jogurt dobar ili deblja?
