Vidjet ceš da na forumu vec ima dosta savjeta o tome što kad jesti. Jako lijepo uredjen i pregledan forum, puno mi je pomogao i odlucio sam se registrirati..Koliko sam mogao vidjeti citajuci neke teme, clanovi na ovom forumu su super i voljni pomoci što je za svaku pohvalu<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0" alt="Clap" title="Clap" />. Nadam se ugodnom druženju...<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></div><div><br></div><div>&nbsp;Imam 21 god., visok: 180kg.</div><div><br></div><div>A sad malo o kilaži:</div><div><br></div><div>Jedno vrijeme uopce nisam pazio na prehranu, pa se jelo sve...Od cipsa, pomfrita, sokova, vecernjih sendvica s majonezom itd., uz jako malo aktivnosti tijekom dana<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" alt="Embarrassed" title="Embarrassed" />&nbsp;Tada sam imao 81 do 83 kg.. Naravno dobio sam sala svugdje po tijelu...</div><div><br></div><div>Uglavnom, odlucio sam to sve promijeniti, i jesti i živjeti zdravije.. Citao sam ovaj forum i puno mi je pomogao u tome... Sada trcim svaki dan, šetam i promijenio sam prehranu skroz... Izbacio sve one gluposti, a krenuo jesti zdravu hranu prateci vaše savjete... Sada imam 75 kg., ali još sam u procesu ucenja o prehrani i želim postici još bolji izgled... Volim trcati 2 sata nakon jela, tako mi je najbolje... Hocu li moci uz ovu prehranu i trcanje dovesti tijelo do boljih rezultata?
