   <title>Pozz : Zovem se Luka imam 30 godina...Treniram...</title>

( kad bi bar veceru preskakao kao treninge) ...<br>Znam ponesto o svemu ...ali kad sam ja u pitanju nesiguran u sve i uvijek pun pitanja...<br>visok sam š94 cm i imam 89 kg , konzumiram (sto bi rekli oni koji utega nisu vidili) one kemijske praškove od kojih ces se prebildati i prenapuhati i jetra ce ti izgoriti .. -&gt; whey ( naravno da se nista od navedenog nikad nije dogodilo)... zadnjih par mjeseci se hranim po bb receptu...znaci ujutro papam zobene pa si između dorucka i rucka slozim purece salame u kvarat crnog kruha, pa rucam sto mi se baci na stol, pa prije treninga šišnem tunu ili posni sa kikirikijem ili recimo jaja, onda se prebijem na treningu, ukrcam u sebe 2 Božesacuvaj praška (whey + glukoza) i onda opet papam predivni posni sir (?!) i nakvocam se bajama ili nekih orašastih preskupih plodova....<br>E da... trenutno popravljam masu, nekako sam se osusio u zadnje vrijeme..fali mi par kila misicne mase....<br>Da ne duljim, nadam se da smijem ovdje postaviti jedno pitanjce (nesiguran kao i uvijek), dali mogu/smijem/ uzimati kreatin da malo ubrzam proces rasta misica...ako da, super..ako ne zasto ne...<br>Pozdrav svima ;)<br><br>]]>
