Nakon toga popij PWM.&nbsp; Pazi, istovremeno se ne moze raditi na povecanju misicne mase, i smanjenju masnoca. Tako da sada odradi KVALITETNU masu (mislim na prehranu), i tamo oko 3. mj kreni na defku. <br>Uz proteine moras iza treninga pit i dekstrozu. Inace nema smisla protein.. Meni je odlican Dymatize Elite Whey.. <br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8232">DavorRi</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5045<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2011 at 12:56<br /><br />Ma trening mi se vise manje bazira na p90X.Vjezbam 5 puta tjedno.Ponedjeljak radim prsa i leda,utorak je cardio,srijeda ruke i ramena,cetvrtak cardio i petak noge i leda.Trbusnjaci 3 puta tjedno.Prehrana mi je regulirana koliko moze biti,stvarno pazim sta jedem.Kazem htio bi razviti malo misicnu masu i izgubit trbuh.Sada me samo zanima koji protein da uzmem.Uzimao bih ga samo poslije treninga.Ako mi mozete predlozit nesto s fitnessa.hr samo stavi link,koji bi meni odgovarao.Bio bih zahvalan.]]>
