Pon i cetv. gornji dio tijela. a uto. i pet. donji dio tijela.<br /><br />Kad i koliko kardia smijjem da radim? Treba mi puno kondicije na proljece. Tako da bi za sad radio oko š sat kardia, poslije nove godine sat i po ili dva...<br /><br />Problem je sto nemam vremena da treniram dva puta dnevno, pa recimo da radim kardio ujutro a tegove navece. I ovo mi je tijesno...<br /><br />A niko mi ne preporucuje da mi trening traje duze od sat...<br /><br />hvala...]]>
