Prvo pokušaj da CLEAN radiš u visini struka. Odmah kreni sa CLEAN-om, nemoj cekati da ga previše ispucaš naprijed<br />2. Možda ne koristiš dovoljno kukove pa KT ne ide dobro gore u RACK.Pokušavaš previše napraviti rukama pa onda to izgleda kao neka biceps vježba. KT se udaljuje previše od tijela.<br />Kako to sve možeš ispraviti<br />1. Stavi si neki casopis/rucnik ispod lakta i onda radi CLEAN. Naravno casopis ne smije ispasti van  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  .Na taj nacin ceš morati držati lakat uz tijelo.<br />2.Stani korak ispred zida i radi CLEAN. Drugu ruku drži ispred sebe da ne zvekneš KT u zid.<br />CLEAN je tehnicki zahtjevna vježba. Prilikom uvježbavanja stavi si znojnike za ruke ako te bole zglobovi.Pokušaj popraviti SWING jer vecina nekih problema dolazi od loše tehnike bazicnih vježbi.<br />PRACTSE not WORKOUT  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
