    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6562">Passiongym</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4853<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2011 at 09:40<br /><br />MiniMi evo da ti pokušam dat koji savjet iz vlastitog iskustva (također sam sitne građe) jer kad sam krenula s vježbanjem imala sam 46 kila na š62 cm i jedno 24 % potkožnog masnog tkiva. Moglo bi se reci da sam bila tzv. skinny fat (nakon 4 i pol godine vježbanja imam konacno između 50 i 5š kg a bf mi se drasticno smanjio)<br /><br />Moj savijet ti je ukoliko želiš imati cvrstu guzu i ravan trbuh da OBAVEZNO u svoju rutinu vježbanja uvrstiš minimalno 2x tjedno trening s utezima (jednom radi vježbe za gornji dio tijela, drugi puta za donji dio, trbušnajke svaki puta). Osim toga, obzirom da brzo gubiš na kilama, neka ti prva 4 obroka budu P+UH, a zadnuji P+M. Ektomorf si tako da se ne trebaš bojati UH, samo naravno pazi da ih crpiš iz integralnih žitarica, voca i povrca (dakle NE jest sr****). Ja ti cak ne bi preporucala nikakav kardio dok ne nabaciš koju kilicu "mesa". Znaci, samo cisto papaj, trenkaj 2 x gym, 2 x pilates i onda kad ceš imati dosta "materijala" onda kreni s kardijom i manje UH, tj na neku ajmo rec definiciju.<br /><br />]]>

Dakle, sjedim 8 sati dnevno, pa onda u autu opet sjedim, kad krenem ucit ( krecem na faks )&nbsp;opet cu sjedit&nbsp;pa dok popiješ silne kave sa svima opet sjedim i sl...Ugl. promjenila sam nacin života zadnjih par godina na gore i krajnje je vrijeme da se trgnem. Imala sam par neuspjelih pokušaja - teretana od mjesec dana, zumba od mjesec dana...problem je u tome što mi je ili bilo predosadno ili ne bi imala s kime ici ili bi radije na otvorenom nešto radila...izlike, izlike...</DIV><DIV>Sad sam odlucila da izlika više nema. Upisala sam pilates + teretana. Pilates 2 x tjedno, teretana koliko želim... što se teretane tice ici cu samo na traku i bicikl 2-3 dana po ne znam kolko...kolko trener veli...</DIV><DIV>Ja želim sebe dovest u formu kakvu sam prije imala, ne osjecat umor, zamor tijela od nepokretanja, malo ojacat guzicku i trbušcic...osjecat se zdravo.
