Uz taj stav mora ici i cvrsta odluka, naravno. <br>Nikad nisam bila mrsavica, zgoljavica, rahiticna, anoreksicna itd. Uvijek me se moglo primiti za nesto ali je to u pravilu uvijek bilo tamo gdje i mora biti. Bavila sam se davnih dana plivanjem i gimnastikom, to me u neku ruku odrzalo, no poso-kuca-bolnica-krevet-poso-kuca, opustis se i sve lagano ode k vragu <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley30.gif" border="0" alt="Pig" title="Pig" />.<br>Motivacija mi je tu, stalno leta oko mene, pogotovo dok cackam po motivacijskim fotkama tu na forumu i komentar ispod jednog filmica na youtube: Interesting how there is always some hot skinny chick doing the work out for fat people. Why don't they&#65279; bring some fat overweight chick to do it? <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />.<br><br>]]>

Skinula sam 6 kila u 7 tjedana i sad krecem u daljnju borbu sa preostalih š5-š7, ovisi o slici u ogledalu koju cu vidjeti u dogledno vrijeme. Ne tezim toliko odredenoj kilazi koliko tome da sve bude na svojem mjestu i da ne talasa. Znam da ne mogu jednako izgledati sa cetrdeset i sa dvadeset i pet&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />, iako neke zene i muskarci izgledaju bolje u srednjim godinama nego prije. <br>Direktni razlog nakupljenom visku je neaktivnost, sjedilacki nacin zivota i losa prehrana zadnjih pet godina. Losa prehrana ne toliko u smislu junk fooda koliko u losem broju obroka, nejedenje kroz dan pa na vecer tulum... Indirektni razlog su dvije nezgode (prometna i skijaska) zbog kojih se zapravo ne bavim sportom niti ne krecem puno. Od sportova se jedino mogu (i smijem po uputi fizijatra i ortopeda do iz sljedece operacije koja me ceka) baviti plivanjem i hodanjem, uz vjezbe koje idu sa lordozom i skoliozom. Mogu i sah i pikado... lol.<br>Da ne duljim previse u predstavljanju, opsirnije cu napisati u podforumu o mrsavljenju gdje cu traziti vase sugestije i pomoc.<br><br>Pozdrav svima jos jednom. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br>]]>
