Meni to odlicno funkcionise, obicno radim od Jillian Michcls, Banish Fat Burst Metabolism (odlican kardio trening) ili No More Trouble Zones (kruzni, vjezbe snage ). Moze i neki P90X trening. Tako mozes raditi i u 5h ujutru ili u ššh uvece, ako ti tako odgovara&nbsp; i rezultati ce biti vidljivi:) Nisam strucnjak ali ovo meni djeluje:) A mamama je tako&nbsp; lako upropastiti dnevnu organizaciju, so...spasava me cesto dobar dvd.<br><br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7516">zadranka</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4762<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2011 at 14:28<br /><br />hvala vam na podrsci,danas idem napokon upisat se na fitnes,mali izgovor da pobignek od klinaca i odmorim se,spojit cu ugodno s korisnim. haahahahha :P&nbsp; moze li mi neko od vas napisati nekakav promjer idealnog jelovnika za ovu moju pocetnu fazu,onako ukratko, inace,sa mesom sam jako slaba,mogu pojest teletinu i piletinu i to iskljucivi kuhano,ribu mogu svaki dan jer je obozavam. moj najveci problem je bilo u doba vecere,tj kad postavljam dicu u krpe i onda otvorim frizider i jedem,uzivam u normalnom obroku i to me ubilo.ali evo,2 mj vec nemam tu ruznu naviku. s obzirom da sam jako visoka zaista ne djeluje kao da ima toliko kila,ako zelite mogu staviti i sliku,ali mi jedan dio ,osim trbuha koji je jos posljetrudnicki jer najmlada bebe ima tek 6 mj su mi ruke koje su izrazito jake i to mi smeta grrrrrrrrrrrrr,svaki savjet dobro dosao,i hvala jos jednom<div></div>]]>

Ako sve napraviš odjednom, vjerovatno ceš brzo odustati ;) Kreci se što više, ali izbjegavaj trcanje, imaš preveliki višak kilograma, i trcanje bi moglo opako naštetiti tvojim zglobovima i koljenima... U pocetku hodaj, vozi bicikl, a kasnije trcanje ;) <br>btw. NEMOJ ici prenisko s kalorijama, (ove brojke sada bubam) do sad si npr. unosila 3,5k kcal, a sada odjednom kreneš na 2-2,5, nece valjati <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><br>]]>
