    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2034">Gym_girl</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4745<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2011 at 12:22<br /><br />Tako je, ovo je premalo podataka, nema univerzalnog recepta&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br><br>Inace, ako je samo kardio u pitanju&nbsp; (iako bi puno bolje bilo uvrstit neki trening snage uz to kao dominantni trening - ovisno o kilaži koja je trenutna) bilo bi bolje prije treninga pojesti nešto lagano da se ne provocira inzulin jer blokira mobilizaciju masti...dakle, ili pricekati 2-3 h nakon zadnjeg ugljikohidratnog obroka ili pojesti nešto laganije tipa protein + povrce i malo masti....tako i nakon treninga, pogotovo ako je navecer (ako je ujutro natašte, nakon kardia idu složeni ugljikohidrati i proteini)...al opet teško je reci iskljucivo da mora biti tako jer ne znamo gomilu podataka...<br><br>..i kardio cesto zna bit i kontraproduktivan ako se radi napamet i uz premali kalorijski unos pa pripazi...<br>]]>
