Visina? Težina? Prijašnji i sadašnji jelovnik? Ciljevi? Aktivnosti tokom dana? Kakav kardio, koliko? Obroci prije i poslije treninga? Prijašnje navike koje su dovele do šlaufa?<br><br>Zaljepi on trening pa šta bude hehe....ne mislim da ti je ovo optimalan trening, i isto tako ne mislim da biš se nakon njega trebao natrpat wheya i dekstroze, pogotovo jer si pocetnik...možda i krivo mislim...al imam premalo podataka da išta mislim <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /><br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Gym_girl</span>]]>
