Trbuh radim dvaput tjedno hardcore, najcešce sa malim skupinama kao što su ruke, šparam cns.</div><div>Cardio(LISS) poslije treninga i tokom dana koliko faks dozvoli.</div><div>Prehrana: jaja, kilo mesa, tonu zelenjave. u ovoj fazi sve je ovo relativno, punim po osjetu, stalno mjenjam treninge kao i prehranu, svaki šok organizmu je dobrodošao jer inace mi je stagnacija neminovna ... toliko za sad od mene :)</div><div><br></div><div>"Guljenje" sam planirao do 7 mjeseca, al vidjet cemo koliko budem zadovoljan</div><div><br></div>]]>
