Pratim vas rad vec neko vrijeme i stvarno sve pohvale i za forum i teme.<br>Ja sam na nekom sopstvenom programu skidanja kilaze, imala sam oko 5kg a sad mozda ostalo najvise 2kg do idealne tezine, mada me malo nervira sto se ovi poslednji centimetri skidaju prilicno sporo uprkos svemu. Znam dosta o dijetalnoj ishrani, pravilnom kombinovanju namirnica i sl.<br>Fizicka aktivnost mi se sastoji od kombinacije nekih programa koje sam skinula sa net-a i mislim da je program super a htjela sam i vas da pitam da li ste probali mozda ovo i kakva su misljenja i iskustva. Naime, imam 35-minutni program Personal Training with Jackie Warner, Extreme Timesaver. Evo link da vidite otprilike, ukratko, kako  izgleda:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6eSrBeINeI&amp;featu re=related<br>Posto ovom programu fali samo vise vjezbi za trbusne misice, dopunjavam ga sa š5-minutnim Crunchfree Abs (mat exercises, posto se taj program sastoji iz dva dijela po š5 min, ja radim drugi dio, vjezbe za stomak na podu), od iste autorke.I to mi je bas odlican i naporan program (nisam mogla da nadjem na youtube-u ima samo stojece abs koje su mnogo lakse)<br>&nbsp;Na kraju, radim stretching od Zuzane sa Bodyrock-tv-odlican mi je. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCg2UDQQPLI<br>Eto to vam je moja kombinacija, prava papazjanija, hehe<br>]]>
