    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7042">Niky0707</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4490<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2011 at 22:26<br /><br />Dobro vecer,evo nova sam na forumu.Imam pitanja vezana uz program koji radim u teretani.Dakle imam š65 cm i 60 kg,a cilj mi je 55.Radim trening za "smanjenje masnog tkiva i definiciju".Trening se uglavnom sastoji od bicikla,trake za trcanje,glidexa...dali je to dovoljno za skidanje kg?Ili bi možda ipak trebala ukljuciti neke vježbe s utezima?Ne želim baš mišice,nego ono samo 5 kg manje i lijepo oblikovano tijelo.Hvala ]]>
