Google it :D hranu baziraj na puno kompleksnih <br />ugljikohidrata i kao sportska prehrana definitivno <br />pomogne malo wheya u kombinaciji sa glukozom ili <br />maltodekstrinom prije i poslije treninga . znam , znam <br />totalno bb spika ,al ne moraš bildat da bi djelovalo :D . <br />a što se tice zatezanja treniraj cijelo tijelo , ubaci <br />malo utega i radi malo više ponavljanja sa normalnim <br />kilažama( znaš vec koliko ti treba). iskreno nisam baš <br />išao proucavat ti trening, možda budem sad me gnjave na <br />fejsu . <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0">  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />lijepa si mi]]>
