  Pozdrav svima

prekjucer me "prerezalo" na treningu u ledjima i prekinuo sam trening.I slijedeci dan sam iso u teretanu i radio sam ledja.I dan poslije me ledja(na desnoj strani) i dalje bole i titra mi ruka tj misici desne ruke.pa me zanima dal je to povezano a ak nije od ceg to moze bit,da ne tlacim bezveze doktora
