    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7093">lakyberry</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4431<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2011 at 23:35<br /><br />Pa gle sto se tice ciljeva u pripemama sam za jedno radno mijesto pa treniram malo ozbiljnije pa si uzimam suplemente cisto da nadomjestim prehranu zbog tezih treninga.<br>Nisam ni na defki ni na nabijanju mase, tj. treninge koje radim vjerovatno su za defku ali nije da ciljano zbog toga treniram. Pretezno radim kruzne treninga i HIIT i plivanje ubacujem tu i tamo jer se i pliva na testiranju.<br>Budem onda sad malo vise stavio glukoze u shake ;)<br>]]>

I obavezni obrok šh nakon treninga.<br>Koliko ti stavis?<br></td></tr></table><br><br>Krivo ti je netko dao savjet, s 5 grama nemres obnovit baš ništ... neznam kakvi su ti ciljevi i kak treniraš, al da bi imao koristi od te glukoze slobodno dodaj iza te petice jednu 0. dakle 50g, mozes i vise obicno vele š:2 omjer whey/gluk, al netreba se zamarat s tim u brojku, ja kad sam na defki nekoj uzmem nešto manje, nekih 30 ak g.......... mislim ni tih 50g ti nece biti dovoljni za obnovit glikogen, samo djelomicno, ali ceš ujedno to iskoristiti kao poticanje transporta ostalih nutrijenata iz shakea u mišice<br>]]>

Hahaha xD<br>Ajde recimo da su to suplementi koje bi trebalo unijeti nakon treninga. ;)<br><br>A sto se tice BCAA ipak mislim da imaju ulogu kod oporavka misica. No, kako bilo svakako je dobro napravit dan pauze poslije jakog HIIT-a i, sto kaze Phoeinx, pazit na unos UH.<br>Ili uskociti u ledenu vodu poslije treninga. xD]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4674">The Phoenix</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4431<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2011 at 22:57<br /><br />Kaj se BCAA tice rekqao bih da ne pomažu kod oporavka uopce i da su nebitne za to, jedino gdje nešto mogu napraviti je ocuvanje mišicne mase , no uz normalnu prehranu i whey poslje trcanja su mu nepotrebne i bacanje love......Prije bi probao sa mega dozama glutamina koji je skup da bi opet to koristio u tim kolicinama.<br>Ako svakodnevno trciš i cesto radiš HIIT, svakako kak je Sebastijan rekao pazi na unos UH da obnovis zalihe glikogena i najbolje i jedino dokazano djelotvorno (od legalnih dodataka naravno) što ti može pomoci kod smanjenja osjecaja umora i ostalih neželjenih osjecaja je kofein.<br>Navecer prije spavanja probaj sa ZMA i to je to što bi ti moglo pomoci mozda kaj se tice odmora i sna<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by The Phoenix</span>]]>

Definitivno bi treba.<br>Mozda je poslije jakog HIIT treninga pametno napravit dan pauze.<br>Ja jos nisam poceo s HIIT trcanje, jos imam 3 treninga duzinskog trcanja pa tad prelazim na HIIT i prakticirat cu dan pauze poslije HIIT-a.<br>Ja recimo uzimam suplemente po ps-u: 35g whey-a, 5 g glukoze, 5 g kreatina, 5 glutamina. I naravno BCAA.<br>I malo povecam unos vitamina C tokom cijelog dana.<br>Spavam minimum 8 sati, nekad i š0 kad se moze ;)]]>
