Uz ove bademe prije spavanja ubaci 250g posnog. <br><br>Ja bih se na tvom mjestu bazirao na složene vježbe, mrtvo dizanje, cucanj, benc, vojnicki potisak etc. Izolacija se ne moraš zasad držati, samo zamoli nekoga u teretani da ti pokaže pravilno izvođenje vježbi jer vrlo lako može doci do ozljede. <br><br>Btw. trbuh ne moraš posebno brojat, bolje uz noge odradi ramena, a uz leđa biceps/triceps.<br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Pitbull</span>]]>
