I ,ajme majko muka mi je cilo vrijeme <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smileyš1.gif" border="0"> . Pa ovo je preslatko cak i za mene. Nadam se da sam dobro skužila: omjer š:2 u korist dekstroze!<br />Ima li isti ucinak ako smanjim omjer na š:š jer ako dodam više vode onda imam osjecaj da pijem prljavu vodu.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3089">zaratinka</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4391<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2011 at 21:16<br /><br />Jucer sam u ljekarni kupila š00% Whey Protein - 2,25 kg od Multipowera i žena me uvjerava da cu se od Wheya&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;udebljati ako ne treniram bar 6 dana u teretani. <br />Vježbam s utezima 3x tjedno cijelo tijelo s tim da radim manje ponavljanja ali s vecom kilažom. Poslije odradim HIIT od nekih š5 min(sve traje nekih sat vremena). Ostale dane radim kardio(do 45min),uvijek mijenjam vježbe a i dosta sam aktivna ostatak dana.<br />Whey sam mislila piti poslije treninga s utezima pomiješanog s vodom i dekstrozom (omjer š:2).Nisam profic nego pocetnik. Vježbala sam  par mjeseci ali sam imala dulju stanku zbog loma noge. Sada vježbam sve ispocetka, tek nekih mjesec dana i nisam nikada uzimala whey pa me zanima dali je moj izbor dobar(š00% Whey Protein) pošto mi je cilj definicija?]]>
