Jel to može proci?<BR><BR>OK, podebljati cu onda posni, recimo š50 g posnoga, a nakon treninga ubaciti proteine umjesto badema.<BR></td></tr></table> &nbsp;za dorucak si mozes skuhat i neku drugu zitaricu.. zobena kasa je meni npr finija od pahuljica.. ili quinou ili jecam..ne znaci nuzno da je to najbolji dorucak. 3 jusne zlice ispadnu oko 40gr zobenih (bar moje jusne ispadnu toliko) a to je kalorijski jako malo.. ispadne oko 90kcal plus to malo mlijeka.. oko š50kcal sto je za najvazniji obrok u danu premalo. Zobene znaju biti finije ako im se dodaju svjeze jabuke ili grozdjice. </P><P>4h pred trening je velika pauza a onda ako uzmes u obzir da imas trening do post work out meala ispadne prevelika pauza u hrani. Imam i ja taj problem al tu smo da korigiramo <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0"></P>]]>

Svakako podebljaj posni, i prije i poslije treninga, te ubaci još jedan obrok. Ovo je po nekoj mojoj procjeni premalo...]]>
