Legneš, zatvoriš oci i potpuno iskljuciš sve misli uz duboko disanje.<BR>Primjetio sam da na ovaj nacin odradim treninge osjetno kvalitetnije unatoc totalnoj krepanosti nakon posla.<BR>]]>

Izdrzljiviji sam i treba mi duze da se umorim.<br>A jeste razmisljali o uzimanju suplemenata za pre-workout, recimo Dymatize Xpand, Gaspari SuperPump ili Labrada Supercharge?<br>To je bolje od bilo kojeg kofeina ili energetskog pica <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> <br>]]>

A hoce da se grce samo tako pogotovo kad si umoran.<br /><br />A za ovo, to je uvek problem...Ja uglavnom stignem ugurati makar sat vremena da odspavam i da skupim malo neke energije, ali desi se da ceo dan od 7 ujutu jurcam negde i onda odem na trening koji mi je nekad i u 22 uvece...A nekako, sta ga znam, razbudi me, ali sve zavisi kakav je trening i kakav ucinak hoces/trebas da postignes...]]>
