Ovako je miicna masa<br />ostala ista a masno potkono tkivo otilo.<br />Jelovnik mi je sloen prema: <br />aktivnostima u gymu i balzalnom .<br />Jelovnik sadri : razne itarice,bademi <br />posni,sezonsko voce, ribu/ purece meso ...<br />Za mene je jedino novost to namirnice moram<br />vagati, nisam na to navikla...<br />napomena od gyma-osjecat cu glad neko vrijeme<br />strah me da cu vratiti izgubljene kg.<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by njanja</span>]]>
