    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6642">doncorleone89</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4308<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2011 at 22:02<br /><br />Prvobitni cilj mi je povecati masu kroz prva dva mjeseca, <br />a potom poraditi aktivno na definiciji zadnji mjesec .<br />prigodno tome dolazi ovaj plan prehrane....<br /><br /><br /><br /><strong>Plan prehrane za mišicnu masu:</strong><br /><br /><br /><br />Dorucak (cca.8:00)<br /><br />a)š50gr zobenih pahuljica+ voda, obrano mlijeko+šmjera <br />wheya <br />b)dva citava jaja+ 3 bjeljanjka(kuhao, <br />kajgana,nebitno)š00 gr integ.kruha+2 dcl jogurta(š% m.m.)<br />c)dvije kriške integ. kruha sa kikiriki maslacem+ caša <br />malomasnog mlijeka.<br /><br /><br />Međuobrok(cca.š0:30)<br /><br />a)pet bjeljanjaka(kuhano)<br />b)500ml jogurta light+ vocka<br />C)zrnati sir 200gr.<br />d)protein shake<br /><br /><br />Rucak(cca.š3:00)<br /><br />Po meni nema potreba odmah sjeci previse ...pa tako za <br />rucak sva variva+meso+salata.<br />Bez kombinacija UH iz kruha bijelog i slicnih otpada<br />Najvjerovatnije ce biti: riba, crveno meso, piletina, <br />junetina...<br /><br /><br />Međuobrok(cca.š6:00)<br /><br />a)2-3 vocke<br />b)protein shake<br />c)orašasti plodovi(ne previše)<br /><br /><br />Vecera(cca.š8:00)<br /><br />a)Tjestenina+kajgana+ocjeđena tuna<br />b)ocjeđena tuna+raženi kruh<br />c)3 kuhana jaja+š00gr. posnog sira<br />d)200 gr.kuhanog mesa(piletina puretina)+salata svježa.<br /><br />PWM ce se sastojati od brzog uh-a+ protein..u prehranu cu <br />nakon prvog mjeseca ubaciti kreatin ili trans x(ovisno o <br />financijama  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;)<br />Napomena: Uz sve ovo OGROMNE KOLIcINE VODE !!!!!<br /><br />Dnevna bazaje otprilike 3000-3200kcal<br /><br /><br />ZABRANJENO VOcE <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> :<br />Grickalice, cokolade, šecer bijeli, ulje obicno, sok, i <br />pogotovo alkohol....ehehehe...<br /><br />To je to ....otprilike...za definiciju cu ovo malo <br />prilagoditi.]]>
