    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4309">tyros</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4283<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2011 at 21:30<br /><br />&nbsp;Prvo je neko zagrijavanje, nešto iz insanity-a<br>Imam vježbe rapoređene po 4 grupe, u svakoj grupi 4 vježbe, a svaku grupu ponavljam 3 puta, pa prelazim na novu grupu vježbi..Nemam određeni broj ponavljanja, tj. radim "koliko god mogu".<br><br>Evo ovako<br><br>š.cucnjevi - swing lunge<br>2.Sklekovi na medicinki<br>3.Plank oblique (insanity)<br>4.Power knees (insanity)<br><br>š.Zgibovi<br>2.Bulgarian split squat<br>3.360 shoulder presses (insanity)<br>4.Jacanje vratnih mišica, diznanjem tereta<br><br>š.Insane abs (insanity)<br>2. Vježbe za trapeze - slijeganje ramenima<br>3. Explosive push ups<br>4.Trbušnjaci - "dizanje nogu"<br><br>š.Pulse bicepscurls (insanity)<br>2.Flor sprints - udaranje u vrecu<br>3.Trbušnjaci - klasicni<br>4.Vježbe za triceps (utezi)<br>5.Vježbe za biceps (utezi)<br>6. V Sklekovi (za leđa)<br><br>trening sam radio sat i pol, cini mi se prilicno dugo, a neznam da li vrijede ove vježbe i ovaj program..Sve radim doma, bez teretane.<br><br>Ajde molim komentare, pa ako imate neku sugestiju, kritiku izvolite, ps možete mi i ddodati još neke homemade vježbe u program..Hvala<br><br>]]>
