    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4309">tyros</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4256<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2011 at 12:44<br /><br />Ponavljao sam drugi mjesec.<br>Došlo je lijepo vrijeme pa sam odlucio; <br>- ponedjeljak - FULL body<br>- utorak - HIIT - trcanje<br>- Srijeda - gornji dio tijela<br>- cetvrtak - trbuh, noge<br>- petak HIIT<br>- a subotom i nedjeljom, ovisno o volji divljat cu biciklom, šumama, šljuncarama,&nbsp; kroz potoke :)<br>]]>

Pa obavezno ubacujem onaj program upper body iz insanityija barem 2 put tjedno,plus šetnje i trcanje ujutro maksimalno koliko cu imati vremena.<br />Uz to obavezno low carb u dane treninga,u day off bez UH,dokle cu izdržati tako<br /><br />Iako mi se sad skida Chalean extreme,mislila sam i to nekako pokombinirati u dane bez teretane...i još B.butt lift...<br />Joooj,koliko planova,ne znam kako cu to organizirati.<br /><br />nO,sad sam se previše raspisala...Uglavnom,mislim da ti je to o.k. ako ti taj sistem odgovar,jer ipak se na insanityju nešto gradi,nije cisti cardio]]>
