Rijec je o <br />fullbody. Barem prvih mjesec dana. Ja sam htio split ali su <br />mi ovdje preporucili fulbody 3x tjedno sa serijama 5x5, <br />3x8, 4x6.  ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3842">GajbaPive</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4241<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2011 at 08:42<br /><br />&nbsp;nakon cijelog treninga. sada sam se sjetio da ti vijacu radis u serijama... onda napravi iduce - hodaj po stanu/kuci/gdje vec radis 2 minute i onda 45sec sto brze mozes preskaci vijacu i tako ponavljaj bez prestanka 6-7 serija. to ce ti biti kao HIIT i nakon njega ide PWM. ali svejedno bi ti preporucio LI cardio da radis kada god stignes. <br><br>katabolizam nastaje i dok vjezbas u teretani i zato je potrebno popiti UH kako bi se katabolizam zaustavio. poanta definicije je izgubiti sto vise speka, a sto manje misica. neminovno je da ces izgubiti i misice, ali uz dobru prehranu, cardio i trening utezima gubitak ce biti najmanji moguci. <br>isto tako, cini mi se da si prestrasen rijecju ''katabolizam''. nemoras biti. uz PWM i spavanje, nemas straha. pogotovo obzirom da nemas veliku misicnu masu.<br>trening u teretani neka ti bude intezivan, serije 2-5 ponavljanja, 2-3 serije, minuta odmora izmedju serija, 2 minute izmedju vjezbi. <br>]]>
