Ovisno... pahuljice, sendvic, jogurti, nekada si <br />napravim vocnu salatu s jogurtom...<br /><br />međuobrok oko pola šš - neko voce, cokoladica ili nešto <br />vec što dođe pod ruku...ali obavezno ga imam...( s tim da <br />je nakon dorucka obavezna šetnja)<br /><br />Rucak oko š2 do š3 sati najkasnije...     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4860">mliwichanno</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4233<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2011 at 12:19<br /><br />Treniram kuglanje, 4 puta tjedno... :) teretanu ponekada <br />ubacim...jer mi nije potrebna zbog dovoljnog napora...i <br />treninga...plus utakmica...  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> a prehrana je sve...ne biram ništa...od voce, povrca, mesa ...majka mi je <br />kuharica...tako da je hrana raznovrsna...a znam i ja <br />nekada baciti se u te vode...pa bude puretine i svega što <br />bih se moglo svrstati...POD ZDRAVU PREHRANU... :))...jer <br />dosta znam vec o zdravoj prehrani...samo znaš kako je kod <br />nas...što više to bolje... :// nažalost hehe... a pokušati cu baš sada vidjeti koliko ce ici... bio sam na najvecoj kolaži od šš6 kg..kada sam bio u gipsu zbog kralježnice ( mislim da možete primijetiti kakva su mi <br />leđa) ali ne dam se...i dalje treniram trcim, vježbam <br />kuci, itd :)))) i nadam se da cu uspjeti doci na kilazu prije dvije godine...84 kg :D ..I svaka cast na <br />projektu...Hvale vrijedno :)))]]>
