   <title>Pomoc : Zove se Dominik, imam &#353;6 godina...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6458">Hunters</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4210<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2011 at 21:31<br /><br />Zove se Dominik, imam š6 godina i u slobodno vrijeme se <br />povremeno odlazim u teretanu.<br />Sad sam si ja to zamislio zaozbiljno i poceti cu to malo cešce raditi i poraditi na svojem tijelu.<br />Visok sam š83 cm i imam 74 kg. Želim se još malo <br />udebljati i dobiti na mišicnoj masi, oblikovati ruke, <br />prsa i još malo poraditi na stomaku(nemam ga, imam 2 reda <br />plocica :)).<br /><br />Plan prehrane: <br />ujutro: vecinom pojedem nešto iz frižidera ili žitarice<br />međuobrok: neko voce<br />rucak: ono što mi mama skuha :)<br />tamo negdje oko pola 4: u školi obavezno pojedem sendvic <br />sa piletinom, bogat je proteinima i najzdravije što se u <br />tom trenutku može nabaviti<br />Vecera: ili što ostane od rucka, ili neki sendvic<br />Navecer imam svoju malu teretanicu pa radim nekih sat <br />vremena i poslije toga popijem Whey Pro<br /><br />Jeli mi netko može potanko objasniti šta bih trebao uzeti <br />od dodataka prehrani i napraviti neki plan trening(želim <br />oblikovati ruke i prsa)?<br />]]>
