Trebaš prvo naviknuti mišice na rad s utezima pa postepeno povecavati volumen i intenzitet. Također, ove vježbe koje sam ti napisao ukljucuju u rad i stabilizatore, core podrucje i donji dio leđa- jako je važno na pocetku ojacati te dijelove tijela da s vremenom ne bi došlo do ozljeda <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>Radi ga mjesec-dva pa uvedi neke promjene<br>]]>

Sastavio <br />sam program kombinirajuci razlicite programe tako da su <br />neki nazivi na hrvatskom a neki na engleskom. Trebam <br />konstuktivne kritike oko programa ali i oko broja <br />ponavljanja s obzirom da je rijec o definiciji. Evo <br />programa:<br /><br />Prsa &#82šš; tricepsi<br /><br />Fly s bucicama<br />Flat chest press<br />Peck &#82šš; deck (stojeci s bucicama)<br /><br />Triceps ekstenzija (uteg iza glave)<br />Triceps kickback  (jedna noga na klupi)<br />Uski sklekovi<br />Triceps vježbe na stolici<br /><br />Leđa &#82šš; bicepsi<br /><br />Veslanje u pretklonu<br />Povlacenje s klupe<br />Veslanje u pretklonu<br /><br />Curl šipka<br />Hammer podizanje<br />Sjedece podizanje<br /><br />Noge &#82šš; ramena<br /><br />Half squats<br />Iskorak<br />Iskorak u stranu<br />Dizanje na prste<br /><br /><br />Sjedeci potisak<br />Lateralno dizanje<br />Obrnuti flies<br />Prednje dizanje<br /><br /><br />Hvala!!!]]>
