    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6426">hrcos</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4190<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2011 at 21:49<br /><br />Hm, kako se hranim i nemogu bas puno reci jer su mi pojmovi kao <br />sto su ugljikohidrati, proteini, masti i drugi nazivi, totalna <br />nepoznanica!<br />Uvijek sam jeo toliko koliko sam mislio da mi je dosta (dali mi se <br />svidjalo to sto je u tanjuru il ne).<br />Tako da o tome nisam imao pojma do prije 20dana kad sam poceo<br />sa vjezbanjem.<br />Uglavnom, svinjetinu nejedem vec duze vrijeme ( ima par godina), <br />mozda koji put u godini. Puretina, piletina, junetina i malo povrca.<br /><br />A sto se tice vjezba, imam prijatelja koji se fitnesom bavi desetak <br />godina pa uu njegove savjete i krecem u ovaj svijet.<br />Uglavnom, svaki dan vjezbanja imam jednu skupinu misica koju <br />radim, dosad nisam radio kardio i sva vjezbe radim 5 serija po š0 <br />ponavljanja. <br />I to je to, sad samo da nadjem neke tablice prehrane i tablice vjezba i <br />to bi bilo prekrasno.<br />Jos se upoznajem sa ovim forumom a toliko toga tu ima da ce to bit <br />ludiloooooo! ;-)<br /><br />E da, poceo sam jesti tunjevinu, posni i voce u vecoj kolicini nego <br />dosad. I pravim shake banana med i mlijeko, pol sata prije treninga<br />( lud sam od njega ko siba) B-)]]>
