Slažem se sa Kate, pravilno vježbanje u tvom slucaju je jako bitno obzirom na kralježnicu. Bilo bi dobro par mjeseci vježbati s nekim educiranim pa onda kad skužiš možeš sama... 6 kg nije puno ali zapni i ne odustaj jer to nosi tvoja kralježnica, Sretno!!! <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

I na forumu ima puno korisnih tema koje te mogu usmjeriti, a svakako pretraži arhiv clanaka na Fitness.com.hr, to je prava mala riznica pametnih tekstova <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />]]>

Prije tri godine sam koristila teretanu i super <br />sam se dovela u red. Išla sam svaki dan, radila po <br />programu. Ali kako imam problema s kralježnicom prestala <br />sam koristit teretanu. Udebljala se 6kg i ne znam kako ih <br />se riješiti. Kako imam štape za nordijsko hodanje <br />odlucila sam se na tu varijantu dnevnog treninga, naravno <br />uz vježbe. Od sutra pocinjem cvrsto odlucujem!!!<br /><br />toliko o meni<br /> <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by ella970</span>]]>
