    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4366">Mini me</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4111<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2011 at 16:10<br /><br />&nbsp;ahaa, tako znaci! pec pec preskakanje <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"><br>ako znaš da ceš sutradan bit u gužvi, digni se malo ranije i odradi ga ujutro.<br><br>eh, vidiš, ja nikad nemam enegrije da pocnem vježbat, al vec nakon zagrijavanja sam š20% spremna, a nakon što odradim insanity dobijem ogromnu želju za još, i još, pa odradim 2-3 serije vježbica (ništa extra).<br>e onda tek budem zgažena i spremna za krevet.<br><br>da,da, odradi taj recovery tjedan, evo sam baš sad (opet <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley24.gif" border="0">) na njemu, i mogu ti rec da sam ga jedva cekala, jer sam dosta umorna. stvarno sam šmj odradila pažljivo i pravilno (a ne se natjecala s njima <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0">) i ono, umori te..<br>tako da, odradi i ti taj recovery week..mislim, nije ti ni on baš lagan, vidit ceš <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br>i samo polako kad vježbaš, pazi da radiš pravilno, nema veze ako je sporije. <br>sa vremenom ceš ih radit brže ali tocnije <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
