Vidio sam od 30 min, 0d š5, od 20, na jednom site-u je bilo cak i da traje 7 minuta XD.<br><br>Planirao sam 30s punog šprinta pa 60s laganog hoda i tak 20-ak minuta. Jel to ok?<br>]]>

Snaga mi se dosta povecala od prvog treninga. Primjerice, na prvom treningu bench-a mi je zadnja serija bila 50 kg po 7 ponavljanja, a sada mi je zadnja na 90. <br><br>Brine me to što se osjecam nekako krupnije u ramenima i rukama ali mi se ne sviđa kako sve to skupa izgleda.<br><br>Oce li biti dosta 30 min - 60 min trcanja 5x tjedno?<br><br>Prehranu mi je gotovo nemoguce za sada složiti zbog obaveza, no doci ce i to kroz 2-3 mjeseca kad se situacija malo smiri.<br>]]>
