    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6211">Lilith</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4071<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2011 at 09:30<br /><br />Od sijecnja, tj. od zadnjeg posta, pocela sam trcati 45min <br />u komadu bez stanke 2 put tjedno i 2ili 3 puta tjedno <br />vježbam vježbe sa Zuzanom.<br />I mogu s ponosom reci da napokon vidim pomak  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> Na <br />prehranu isto jako pazim, slatko jedem jednom tjedno ili <br />jednom u dva tjedna, što je isto uspjeh s obzirom da bi <br />prije ga jela 3,4 dana za redom u ogromnim kolicinama. <br /> <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/box.gif" border="0"> <br />Sad tek kužim koliko sam u pocetku griješila, jer sam <br />radila izolacijske vježbe ,a nisam imala osnovnu razinu <br />snage. Dobro još uvijek ne mogu napraviti zgib, ali razlika <br />ruku od prije i sad je dosta velika.<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Lilith</span>]]>

Dobro došli su svi komentari i pomoc.<br /><br />-zagrijavanje s vijacom š0-tak minuta.<br />-iskorak i podizanje ruku sa strane s bucicama od škg <br />svaka noga prvo po š0, pa drugi krug š5, treci 20<br />-iskorak i titranje na mjestu (š0, š5, 20)<br />-cucnjevi (skroz do dolje) 20x3<br />-položaj kao za sklek samo s nogama na steperu, podizanje <br />jedne noge i suprotne ruke tako 5 x3 (umrla sam)<br />-legla sam na leđa, noge prekrižene, podignem ih gore pa <br />onda dignem zdjelicu, spustim noge i opet ponovim 20x3 <br />serije (ovako bi to izgledalo...nezz kako opisati)<br />http://img826.imageshack.us/i/trbuniš.jpg/<br />http://img683.imageshack.us/i/trbuni23.jpg/<br />-side plank š0x3 <br />http://imgš2š.imageshack.us/i/sideplank2.jpg/<br />-jedna noga na steperu, u cucanj pa se dignem gore tu <br />nogu koja je na steperu tako 20x3 za svaku nogu. Na ovu <br />vježbu puls bi mi se popeo i do š70 otkucaja u min.<br />- onda onu vježbu koju mi je predložila Zika, samo što <br />sam ju ja modificirala tj. olakšala.<br />http://img43.imageshack.us/i/burpee4.jpg/<br />nisam se spuštala dolje samo sam povlacila noge sa strane<br />š5, 20, š5 x3<br />-leđni 20x3<br />istezanje i odmah nakon sam popila š.5 mlijeka s š jušnom <br />žlicicom proteina u prahu s okusom cokolade. Sjetila sam <br />se da sam ih bila kupila prije par mjeseci malo ih pila <br />pa su mi dosadili.<br />Recite mi ljudi jel ovo danas šta sam radila ok trening <br />ili kompliciram bezveze???<br />Trening mi je trajao nešto malo više od sat vremena i <br />pošteno sam se umorila i oznojila. <br />Nezz ja sam nekako zadovoljna.<br /><br />]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6211">Lilith</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4071<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2011 at 16:39<br /><br />Pa da rezimiramo  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> Danas je tjedan dana.<br />Ovaj tjedan sam 3 puta odradila trening snage i 2 puta <br />sam trcala.  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0"> Moram se pohvaliti da sam danas <br />otrcala 5 i pol km u 25 minuta bez stanke <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/happy-jumping.gif" border="0"> <br />U tih tjedan dana 2 dana sam sje*ala sa slatkim. <br />Jucer sam pojela milch snite, a u sri sam pojela 3 <br />cokoladice leo (još ih nisam prebolila  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0"> ).<br />Kile su na istome, centimetri isto, ali kao da vidim neki <br />pomak...možda sam zabrijala. Mada stvarno ne ocekujem da <br />ce se nešto znatno promijeniti u tako malom vremenu <br />sretna sam i zadovoljna kad se bavim sportom i zdravo <br />jedem kad tad ce se to i vidjeti na mom tijelu.<img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"><br />Pred nama je novi radni tjedan, nadam se da ce biti isto <br />uspješan kao i ovaj.
