Nekad se stvarno pitam je li toliko dobra; imam osjecaj kao da ima ostalih vježbi koje bi mogle puno više koristiti!</td></tr></table> <br>bench press, sad cu vec zvucat ko pokvarena gramofonska ploca, ali zaista, powerlifterski bench press ukljucuje cijelo tijelo! Ako se pravilno radi, tocno se može osjetiti koliko leg drive doprinosi liftu.<br><br>I što je najbitnije, puno manje stresa stavlja na ramena i hvatište prsa nego bilderski bench press. <br><br>Problemi s ramenima ce prije doci od nepotrebnih/nedovoljno dobro izvedenih vježbi nego od nekih vježbi od kojih svi bježe ko vrag od tamjana a izvode se recimo u kavezu... Mrtvo dizanje je štetno za kralježnicu bla bla, a onda ce taj isti odradit jednu od ovih zabranjenih vježbi i samo je pitanje vremena kad ce se dogoditi disbalans/nezgoda<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4780">zika</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4066<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2011 at 22:27<br /><br />Opcenito je bol u donjem dijelu leđa cesta!<br />Evo, buci, tu ti je clanak o disku da malo bolje razumiješ ako ne znaš što je to tocno:<br /><a href="http://www.building-body.com/Bodybuilding-bol-d&#šš1;njem-dijelu-leda.html" target="_blank">Bodybuilding i bol donjem dijelu leda</a><br />Imaš još clanaka, slobodno proguglaš malo! <br /><br />Opcenito ljudi rade neke greške, a u jednoj knjizi sam našla opisane još i ove:<br /><br />- ne smije se dopustit da se leđa podignu kod leg pressa /prica o diskovima/<br />- ne spuštati šipku kod bench pressa sve do prsa /trebalo bi spustiti negdje na širinu šake od prsa (barem za vecinu ljudi, drugo si profesionalci)<br />- ne treba se raditi prenizak cucanj, sve ovisi o ciljevima vježbanja]]>
