U svakom obroku trebaš imati proteina ( <br />posni sir, jaja, mlijeko, meso, riba itd. ), jesti što više <br />povrca i složene ugljikohidrate ( riža, integralni kruh i sl. ). <br />Ugljikohidrati se prema kraju dana smanjuju, a prije <br />spavanja ti je najbolje pojesti posni sir jer on sadrži <br />protein kazein koji se sporo otpušta u organizmu što ti <br />treba preko noci jer 6-7h neceš jesti. Nemoj zaboraviti da <br />moraš nešto pojesti nakon treninga  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> ]]>

   <title>hi :  napokon sam odlucila registrirati...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6157">Leni</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4035<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2011 at 15:56<br /><br />&nbsp;napokon sam odlucila registrirati se...<br>Imam 3š godinu, sina od 2 i pol i cijeli zivot se bavim nekim oblikom fitnesssa...poslije rodjenja sina sam prvo vrijeme gulila na orbitreku, leg magicu, pa sam vjezbala sa Zuzanom s bodyrock tv-a i zadnjih 8 mjeseci sa dvd-ima Jillian Michcls i tu sam dobila najvise rezultata...u prosjeku 5 puta tjedno i recimo da sam u solidnoj formi, imam plocice, stabilnu kilazu i ok se osjecam...e onda sam cula za Insanity i to mi je sad opsesija...uglavnom, pocinjem najozbiljniji trening u zivotu, ova dva mjeseca cu za to disati i trazim podrsku i savjete...posebno glede prehrane, odnosno proteina....<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
